- The Coqui Palace is a waterfront two bedroom, two bath island getaway in the Historic Matlacha Fishing Village. Fish from the patio, and walk to local art and dining! This unit has been featured on television - and the moment you walk in, you'll see why! This fully equipped vacation rental has gorgeous bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Take it easy in this top-shelf vacation home with a new dishwasher, ice maker, and garbage disposal. This is a great getaway for couples or families to vacation together. A luxury honeymoon villa, seasonal rental, or 'stay-cation' for Southwest Florida residents who need a taste of Island Life.Due to the past hurricane, we’ve lifted our house 10’ with stairs. It is not handicapped accessible as of yet.
