"The suite was very spacious. Two separate bedrooms for that price was amazing. The unit was nice and clean and including nice amenities like full kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioners worked well and it was very close to multiple train lines to get you where you needed to go quickly. "

"Very cozy stay at this hotel. I had some worries about checking in, but the staff kept communicating with me through the app and they were very helpful."

"If youre looking for a minimal place to store your belongings, take a shower and sleep, then this is perfect. Its a great location and really nice and quiet. We planned our day to leave early in the morning and comeback late at night so this was perfect for us. Id recommend this."

"My other review is detailed but, in short, it’s a youth hostel with only private rooms no dorms. Everything is communal. Bathrooms, showers washing machine, no dryer"

"Good modern hotel.
Breakfast was a highlight- cute, homely and modern setting with good selection of food in the buffet- especially the fluffy pancakes that were made to order.
Location - Nice to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to be able to walk there in about 15 min."
"Nice hotel with good surrounding shops/ restaurants and is conveniently connected to Haneda T3. Higher hotel pricing, but you are paying for convenience to the airport. Note.. no free hot springs for hotel guests here. You have to pay like 2500 yen per adult per day...just fysa."

Shinagawa Prince Hotel – A City Within the City
The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is an impressive, full-scale destination in itself. The property is massive, featuring three distinct towers so yes, there may be a brief “Which tower am I in?” moment at check-in. Once I found my way to the Annex Tower, everything else was smooth sailing.
I stayed in a queen room with a separate bath on the 30th floor, which offered a fantastic panoramic view of Tokyo. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what you want after full days of exploring the city.
The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire property felt well-maintained and calm despite its size. What really sets this hotel apart is the sheer amount of on-site entertainment, bowling, shopping, dining, and more, making it feel like a mini city.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The Shinagawa Station is literally across the street, making it incredibly easy to hop on a train and explore Tokyo daily. And when the trains stopped running, a quick Uber ride back was under $10 USD, convenient and budget-friendly.
While I didn’t try the hotel breakfast, based on the overall experience, I imagine it would be just as solid. All in all, I highly recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel and would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Tokyo.
Convenience, comfort, and connectivity this place delivers."
"I’ve stayed here quite a few times and has never disappointed me, it is a very convenient hotel if you wanna walk around the area, have your back storage while you trip around the country and the buffet is amazing, not to mention the amazing staff they have and the cool amenities."
