Super Lage

Tolles Team, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut und lecker! Auswahl groß und frisch. Zimmer war sehr sauber, spitzen Strandservice- die Bademeister haben sich immer bemüht uns die guten Liegeplätze anzubieten. Einziger Minus war-Internetanschluss! Extrem langsam oder gar nicht erreichbar. Ansonsten ein Tolles Hotel - wir werden dort wieder auftauchen, obwohl angeblich wird das Hotel verkauft und unter anderen Namen oder Management geführt.

Pessima esperienza

All'arrivo la nostra stanza non era pronta e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto attendere in spiaggia senza poter usufruire di un'adeguata accoglienza, nè delle attrezzature che non possono essere fornite senza aver fatto il check-in. in camera la TV era in bianco e nero e dopo ripetute sollecitazioni ci è stata sistemata, ma senza successo. Servizio pessimo e inadeguato alle stelle e al prezzo. Cena non buona. Come Extra non previsti e di cui non ci avevano informato al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto pagare per l'accesso in spiaggia e le bibite. Prezzi davvero allucinanti e soprattutto sproporzionati rispetto al servizio davvero basso. Wi-Fi non funzionante in nessuna zona, neppure nella hall. Personale inefficiente che ad ogni domanda o richiesta non ha saputo trovare una soluzione efficace. Un posto molto bello, ma gestito in un modo pessimo, non particolarmente pulito, veramente una grande delusione. Non lo consiglio.

Ottimo hotel ma non rispecchia le 5 stelle ed i prezzi di listino, ho avuto un prezzo di occasione e certamente molto buono. Il luogo e' il mio preferito su questo lato dell' adriatico e l' unico albergo ad avere accesso privato alla baia delle zagare, un incanto.

Con expedia mai piu'

Io e mia moglie abbiamo prenotato due notti presso l' hotel Baia dei Faraglioni tramite expedia e nonostante la conferma di prenotazione arrivata tramite mail dopo aver fatto piu' di 400 km arrivati in albergo ci sentiamo dire che la camera per noi non c' era , tutto l'albergo era pieno per un matrimonio . Expedia era stata avvertita di chiudere le vendite per il fine settimana del 9 e 10 luglio ( il direttore dell'albergo ci ha fatto vedere la mail inviata ) ma cio' evidentemente non e' stato fatto e ha creato una situazione a dir poco incresciosa che si e' in parte risolta per un fortuito cambiamento di camera di un ospite. Il personale tutto dell' albergo e' stato molto professionale e gentile e lo ringraziamo per averci aiutato a far si che un week-end tanto desiderato venisse rovinato da un inaffidabile gestione di prenotazione che ovviamente non useremo piu'

Il servizio ristorante non funziona dopo le 22 di sera, cosa incredibile, in un posto di mare poi...ho chiesto di cenare anche con qualcosa di freddo, prosciutto e mellone x due cinquantanove euro ed il vino trentasei euro x non parlare del servizio navetta del parcheggio anche quello a pagamento...Non si trattano così i clienti...

WONDERFUL PLACE ---BUT COULD BE EVEN BETTER

AMAZING PLACE WITH STUNNING VIEWS, BEACH, WATER. EASY ELEVATOR RIDE DOWN TO THE BEACH. CLEAN ROOMS, EVEN MY SMALL STANDARD WAS NICE AND COMFORTABLE W/ A SECOND PERSON AND BABY, AIR CONDITIONED. KUDOS TO THE CHECK OUT STAFF FOR BEING FLEXIBLE. MAKE SURE YOU TRACK WHAT YOU ORDER, THE RECEIPT AT CHECK OUT IS VAGUE. Here is what needs to be improved: 1. WE ARE AT THE BEACH, MANFREDONIA's FRESH SEAFOOD MARKET is LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AWAY, WHERE WAS ALL THE FRESH SEAFOOD? OYSTERS? MUSSELS? ARAGOSTA? AGOSTINELLE? SCAMPI? SEPPIA? CALAMARI? I AM ORIGINALLY FORM THE AREA AND I KNOW THE GARGANO IS CHEAP ON SEAFOOD, BUT I WAS SO SURPRISED THERE WAS NO FRITTURA MISTA OR ANY KIND OF ACTUAL GRILLED FISH OFFERED ON THE MENU.. ALL IN ALL FOOD WAS GREAT, BUT CONSIDERING THE COST AND THE LOCATION I JUST DONT UDERSTAND WHY THEY WERE SO CHEAp. BREAKFAST BUFFETT WAS AMAZING AND THE STAFF SO SWEET, AND CORDIAL. 2. THEY NEED TO TELL GUESTS UPFRONT~ (I THANK THEM FOR REMOVING THE CHARGE PARTIALLY AT CHECK OUT)PLACE IS A DREAM, COUPLE MORE IMPROVEMENTS AND THEY HAVE ME AS A GUEST FOREVER.THE SCENERY AND THE LOCATION ARE PROPBABLY AMONG MY TOP 10 IN ITALY.PS- WATCH OUT ABOUT ORDERING WINE AT DINNER, AND DRINKS IN GENERAL THEY WILL EASILY RACK UP 200-300 EURO IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL :)

Eine super schöne Hotelanlage an einem der schönsten Strände von Italien. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber nur vereinzelt Service orientiert. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm werden am Strand pro Tag extra verrechnet, dies sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie inbegriffen sein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war nicht immer einfach, da teilweise weder Italienisch, noch Englisch oder eine andere westliche Sprache gesprochen oder verstanden wurde. Im Gesamten ein sehr schönes 4 Sterne Hotel an Toplage, der 5. Sterne ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir würden sicher wieder dahin gehen, aber mit anderen Erwartungen.

Hotel davvero bello...un vero resort...il personale è stato gentilissimo e attento ad ogni richiesta (tranne qlcn che non capiva bene l'italiano) infatti non mi spiego come una struttura così esclusiva possa ridursi a questo...unico neo "Internet" praticamente è inesistente...il cibo è stato ottimo...rapporto qualità prezzo giusto, tuttavia andrebbe rivista il prezzo dell'acqua!!!

contesto stupendo, struttura con potenzialità immense non sfruttate. Poco curata nella maggior parte delle zone ad eccezione dell'ingresso. Camera con porte che necessitano di manovre alla lupin 3 per essere chiuse, doccia penosa tanto è vero che è passato Noè nell'allagamento provocato. certainly a nice location overseeing a stunning bay, but not overall experience of a 5-star hotel, hence overrated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast buffet, otherwise limited choice on a la carte menu. Most annoyingly hotel features that attracted us to book such as beautiful beach and spa facilities not included with booking, both were charged extra at significant cost and superior room rather small and not very comforting; wifi completely dysfuntional, most of the time not working ...

Not perfect, but a better than the alternatives

Having explored alternatives in the Vieste area, we can confidently say that the Baia is the only one approximating a first class hotel. But it is far from perfect. The positive features are the lovely property and the dramatic beach. The hotel consists of whitewashed buildings in a park-like setting, with bougainvillea adding color. The beach has two monolithic stones offshore, giving the sea view a focus, and the water is wonderfully clean. But there are three drawbacks. First, the hotel is rather remote, with no town within a short taxi ride. second, the beach consists of pebbles, making strolling uncomfortable and wading difficult. The greatest disappointment, however, was the food, particularly anything grilled.

Hotel splendidamente posizionato in mezzo ad un magnifico parco, su una baia stupenda e una spiaggia incantevole. Servizio ottimo Purtroppo l'hotel risente un po' degli anni, per cui le camere e i servizi comuni, in particolare la mediocre piscina, sono un po' "datati". Da migliorare anche il mediocre (e troppo caro) menù della piscina e della spiaggia. Altra nota negativa l'orario della colazione (ingiustificatamente entro le 10). Consiglio poi di definire in modo "chiaro", anche nella pubblicità, che trattasi di hotel solo per adulti, perchè non è chiarissimo al momento della prenotazione, per cui può succedere, come è capitato a me, di convivere con due famiglie con bambini urlanti.

Si vous aimez : les plages de gravier où il n'y a plus de soleil à partir de 16h30 en aout, les piscines ou le soleil se couche à 17h, les chambre "luxe" de 15m2 avec luxueuse salle de bain de 4m2, cet hôtel est pour vous. Si vous aimez les facturations "surprise" pour le parking, alors que l'hôtel n'est accessible qu'en voiture et pour le transat sur la plage privée, mais tout de même réservée à trois hôtels, donc, bondée. Si vous aimez mes massacres écologiques avec site défigurés par des ascenseurs taillés dans la falaise, cet hôtel vous enchantera. Sinon, fuyez !

Bella struttura, mare deludente.

Il Mare in questa zona non e' limpido, tutt'altro. Le barche, sempre numerose, sono senza nessuna disciplina e pericolosissime per i bagnanti. Il corridoio di atterraggio non e' usato nemmeno dagli stessi addetti alla spiaggia dell'albergo. È' impossibile farsi delle sane nuotate per il pericolo che si corre. Purtroppo avevamo scelto questo luogo anche per fare delle lunghe nuotate , ma non è' stato possibile poiché' Il posto e' soggetto al transito di barche senza controllo, pazzi che arrivano e partono a velocita' sostenuta da riva, Guardia costiera inutile, manca il concetto di rispetto. Cibo : cenato in hotel solo la prima sera , poi abbiamo preferito uscire perché il cibo non era della qualità' attesa (il costo si... ). Servizio in generale non al livello minimo che ci si aspetta, sicuramente non siamo a livello di 5 stelle. Struttura: bella, posizione unica, paesaggisticamente ha pochi rivali. Se l'acqua fosse trasparente come ci si aspetta dalle foto sarebbe un posto unico ma rimane il problema della pericolosità' del bagno a causa delle barche. Da questo punto di vista e' un posto da sconsigliare anche perché' si respira costantemente il gas di scarico delle imbarcazioni e la superficie dell'acqua e' spesso, ovviamente, oleosa, oltre che torbida. L'hotel non è' un 5 stelle, il personale si da moltissimo da fare per il meglio , ma non è' preparato. Comunque sembra che sia il primo anno della nuova gestione quindi si può' certamente migliorare.

Når man kun kan sætte en finger på det faktum, at hotellets internetforbindelse er for langsom, siger det vel alt. Fantastisk strand med "små pebles", suveræn service, søde mennesker og en belligenhed, der er mere end smuk. Kan kun anbefales - det lever til fulde op til 5 stjerner på den gode måde.
