Casa Rosa is a peaceful retreat with a large terrace, set on Montelci hill, 300 m above sea level, just a few kilometers from Mattinata. Enjoy the tranquil location and breathtaking sea views. In five minutes by car, you reach the harbor; in another ten, the lively village of Mattinata. Various beaches and the well-preserved Foresta Umbra forest are also nearby. The house has a private entrance and a spacious terrace with sun loungers on artificial grass and a stunning sea view. Part of the terrace is covered, perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The 55 m² apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy seating area with a small TV.
