A peaceful location, enchanting surroundings and breathtaking sea views - all this awaits you at Villa Deavista! If you are looking for accommodation where you can completely unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then Villa Deavista is the right choice for you!

On a large plot of land, there is a private pool where you can spend sunny days and enjoy the panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table where you can spend cosy summer evenings with family and friends under the stars.

The villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lounge. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with access to the terrace with a marvellous view of the surroundings. On the same floor there is also a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 3 more modern bedrooms with their own elegantly decorated bathrooms. On the same floor you will also enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terrace while drinking your morning coffee.

A charging station for electric vehicles is also available to guests at no extra cost.

Get to know this area through Lungo Mare, a 12 km long and century-old promenade along the coast that stretches from Lovran to Voloski. The Lungo Mare coastal promenade is a favourite place among guests in Opatija. The promenade is 100 years old, romantic and relaxing, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city. Along the promenade there are numerous monuments in honour of notable personalities who have visited Opatija. Volosko is also a must - once a fishing village, today a charming seaside town known for its numerous restaurants and marvellous sea views. Be sure to visit the city of Rijeka, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy many cultural sights and a rich gastronomic offer.

Our stay in the Villa DeaVista was very comfortable.

Our stay in the Villa DeaVista was very comfortable. The property is very large and the house is also very modern and nice. Our highlight was the pool and the view from the Villa. The homeowners are very friendly and helpful, some supermarkets were not far away. We will be happy to come back.
