Gorgeous home in Opatija

  • Villa Slava is a newly built holiday home with pool near Opatija.

    In the village Matulji there are shops, restaurants, children's playground and cafes and the nearest beach is 4.5 km away. The location is ideal for active and relaxing holidays, in a few minutes you can reach the nature park Ucka with many cycling and hiking trails, and the pearl of the Adriatic Opatija with beautiful promenades, popular cafes and restaurants. On a 600 sqm property there is a pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and parking for three cars.

    Villa Slava has a living area of 224 sqm and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet in the hallway, a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und Groß wenn mehrere Kinder sich ein Großes Bett teilen könnten auch 12 Personen dort übernachten.Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und auch eine eigene Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt.Die Steine um den Pool sind etwas rau. Es gibt im Ort Matulji und Opatija viel zu erkunden Strände, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bäckerei. Es ist alles da.

Großes komfortables Ferienhaus

Ideal für große Familien oder Kleingruppen - durch die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad eine hohe Privatsphäre. Der Pool bietet ganztägigen Sonnenanbetern alles was sie brauchen. Die Ausstattung des Objektes ist grossartig. Der Eigentümer wohnt in Rijeka und ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Opatja - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe - frische Brötchen gibt’s direkt in Matulji - herrlich.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, liegt aber sehr außerhalb.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, liegt aber sehr außerhalb. Ohne Auto kann man nichts erreichen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Zimmeraufteilung sehr gut. Leider fehlen in den Bädern oben Toilettenpapierhalter und Ablageflächen. Geschirrtücher waren auch nicht vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon sind für 3 Doppelzimmer, also 6 Personen, leider nur 2 Stühle vorhanden. Ansonsten schöne Villa mit ausreichend großem und tiefem Pool.
