Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Note worthy: Check in was easy with welcome beverage. Staff friendly, english speaking. Staff provided great food and scenic tour recommendations. Great location - walk to the parlement, Buda, Hero's Square. Had a quiet room at the end of the hall. Free coffee and tea station in the sitting area, available 24/7. Not note worthy: Coffee quality was not great, despite that I would stay there again.

Very dark room looking inside some atriums no natural sunlight or light from outside and the washroom stinks,, awful smell all day long
The owners doesn’t listen (Zoltan,Agnes)
No drinking water in the lobby, no ice….
Water is warm ,,coming out of the bathroom sink
For that price I could get better location, and service

Hotel is clothing store and messy hotel, dark rooms and lobby not inviting people
I’m so disappointed 😢

Decent place, centrally located, cozy place size wise, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed water everywhere from the hose. Could supply a few more coffee pods rather than the 1 per night stayed.
Staff checked in daily and offered to clean daily, I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t required. Very safe area, near easily used metro and bus system
