"We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch."

"The room was immaculate as was the service provided. Please don't forget to let the front desk know about the included breakfast you may have purchased with Expedia. They happily refunded me when I forgot to ask which was nice. The views provided by the hotel were incredible. Would've happily stayed in the vacation village my entire stay!!!!
Side note..... night Security (tall female short hair with glasses) was so incredibly rude. She kicked out my family and myself out of the pool area because we didn't have our wristbands. (we weren't wearing them because we were staying for 5 days and didn't want to be uncomfortable ) The security woman was so unforgiving and brutal with us. Her demeanor alone made us all second think a return stay. However, it's our annual trip destination and we have had many great experiences in Waikoloa. I only wish someone would remind that woman to treat people with kindness and understanding because we select Waikoloa to relax, have fun and enjoy our stay and not to be at the mercy of unfriendly, annoyed disgruntled staff,
