"Positives:
Very nice place to stay.
Bed super comfy,
AC nice, took a bit to learn how to adjust to make it not too cold.
Shower great water pressure and plenty hot.
Suggestions:
More than 1 roll of toilet paper is needed if 3-4 people staying in room and housekeepers coming every other day.
Washcloths should also be enough for at least each person staying showering at least twice per day.
I had to call for toilet paper 3x’s and wash clothes 2 x’s in a 9 day stay.
Also shower gel ran out. Had to call for that, too. Container wasn’t refilled when room was cleaned. Perhaps a larger container or keep a backup for longer family stays.
Location was perfect for shops, beach, restaurants and ABC, where you can get drinks, snacks, etc.

"View was really good, we got the partisl view room, and we saw the sunset the first day. For sure though if you want an unobstructed view you should get full ocean view. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Parking is kind of hit or miss, was extremely busy when we went and had a hard time finding parking. Though if that happens talk to valet and then can help"
"Hotel was at the end of the shopping area/Kalakaua Ave, on the more quieter side. About 5 mins walk to the beach and right in front of the zoo and close to the aquarium. Hotel has a nice open lobby with ample sitting areas, its own cafe and surf shop/school. Each room was provided with plastic drinking water bottles that was very useful! Bed was comfortable and soft. Bathroom was nice with enough counter space for women. Water pressure was great. Towels were a little on the rougher/older side but not really a big deal. Lanai was spacious with great views! You have to pay extra for luggage hold(this was a first for me). Otherwise stay was great. "
"Great property all around. Staff were super helpful, Jenny at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very informative when we asked questions. The sign is lacking a bit of signage. So we had to ask where certain things were. Other than that it was a great staycation. "
