Great location- near shops, train station, restaurants. This was my second time booking here. I would come again.

I gave 4 stars because there was no air conditioner instead an electric fan that only allowed us to press to #2. 3 was not working. Also, we could hear the cars, sirens, helicopter & tram. We were at the 4th floor & had a nice view, but when we opened the windows to feel cool, the noise was even louder. The next night was the same, hence I had to take Benadryl and put the earplugs they provided, which helped. Otherwise, the hotel was strategically located, within the old town, where there are lots of restaurants, it iswell maintained, very clean, and the receptionists were professional, helpful, attentive, and friendly. It is a few steps away from the bus and train station.

The floor was visibly dusty and we had to wipe it. The bathroom floor was slanted so the water was everywhere when we showered. The front desk was helpful and followed up my complaints. There is no AC that actually works so the room was extremely hot and the fan was coated with dust and I had to wipe it myself. If the expectations of a 3-star hotel is the following experience than..yes this is a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient, it has walkable distance to the train station and right at the heart of old town.

Large room, great location and service, enjoyed my stay there.
