My stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and even more stunning than the photos. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and within easy reach of local attractions. The amenities were outstanding, with everything that was needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The outdoor space and pool were highlights, providing the perfect setting to unwind. The host was welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable getaway. We can't wait to return!

Such a good value little Riad! Was not too tricky to find, and staff were really helpful especially Abdullah who gave us a map and some advice on where was good to visit and eat and was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was basic but clean, had great aircon, and a little en-suite. The rooftop with the little pool was a lovely place to sit and sunbath for a few hours a day. This was also where breakfast was served and it’s lovely up there, although there was a slight bee problem when food was served but totally not the Riad’s fault as it’s outside but just something to note. Overall would recommend for sure.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Breakfast on the terrace is a lovely experience. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very gracious.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Balkiss! L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!! Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire! Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit! De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!
