Nice place right on one of the main roads going thru town. The room was small but cozy for the two of us. Typical microwave, fridge, small coffee maker in the room. Good shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers. Large TV also. Quick checking and easy checkout too. It was perfect for us for a night as we were traveling thru.

The bathroom is charmingly outdated. The rest of the room is just outdated. But, super clean, super quiet, and good location. The price cannot be beat and although the bed was super firm, I slept like a rock.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were horrible!!! Hard as a rock...they definitely need updating. If they get new mattresses I would stay again but if not I won't. Very friendly staff and nice property. Located right in town.

Sorry to give a negative review but maybe it will be cause for improvement by management.The room was clean and appeared to be recently upgraded. However, it was supposed to be a non-smking room but has a very strong odor of previous smoking. The air conditioner was ancient and did a fair job but was LOUD. The motel only had a few guests for the many rooms but the staff placed them next to each other instead of separating. The walls are very thin. I was not interested in the adjacent occupant's conversation or their choice of TV programs. Noise at bedtime is annoying. The price was low but the stay was sub-par.

The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently.

The exterior is beautifully maintained. The interior...holy cow. I'm very surprised Expedia has this property evaluated at a 4.8. I'd give it about a 2.8. I wore my flip flops in the shower since the shower pan was so worn and discolored. Towels were threadbare. The dresser had a loose piece of granite on top, the bed was horrible. Cheap chairs and tables. And noisy as heck! The only great thing was the ice machine.

Completely baffled how this property had such a high rating. Under new ownership possibly? Property was not clean and very much in need of maintenance. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were old, flat and smelled bad. Woke up with bites on my leg. Checked the bed in the morning and found obvious signs of bed bugs. Told property and he argued about giving me trash bags to bag my belongings. Also was told that he checked the room and he found nothing, despite being shown pics and videos.

Check in was easy, room was nice clean and spacious. Only issues I have ever had staying here is that they do not have a black out curtain over the door. The property is well lit all night which is good, But the door has blinds inside the window and they do not do any good keeping the well lit parking lot lights out of the room. I would love it if they please put an black out curtain on the door. THe room stays fairly lit because of it .

We do not stay in luxury hotels however even "bargains" should need certain standards. Walked around in fuzzy socks to not have shoes on carpet (indoor/outdoor) and in 15 minutes they were filthy! Room felt "damp" and A/C was wall unit that was on and off at odd times....difficult to keep working so room was mot consistent. Bathroom was old but could have used better cleaning and some towels had strings raveling off them. Corner shower unit had town curtain and some of the dispensers for shampoo/shower gel/conditioner did not work. It look dirty because it was so old and stained. The sheets were thin and would not even stay over the corners of the mattress. Their home page said "Breakfast" and there was none...nothing was out. Also advertised as 24 hour front desk. We were told when we arrived 7-11 with no assistance after 11 pm. We will be back in Murray the next 3 years for rodeo but will not consider staying there. During our time off from the event, we did NOT want to just relax in our room...we found something to do away from the room. That is NOT my idea of a "pleasant stay".

Easy parking; room was warm enough, but unit was pretty loud; bed was comfortable; pillows were small, but there were 4 on each bed! Front desk guy was really nice; continental breakfast was adequate, but might not be enough if you want a hot meal. Location was great.

Everything about the place was old. Window a/c unit for both heating and cooling. Room was either too warm or too cold, no in between. Bed was very uncomfortable. Towels were very old and thin. Fixtures were old. There was ample hot water. "Breakfast Buffet" was a very small continental breakfast of not too fresh items in limited quantities. Would not return and would not recommend.
