"Bar area staff is very impatient refused to take order after I stand in line before 10 to order Togo dinner for my sick father. Technically difficulty on room service order before 10pm. Breakfast had none pork meat available"

"I had a very horrible experience at first. I had paid for the expensive room for the apartment experience. When I stopped in to retrieve my room keys for my children myself the kind gentleman Stanley states the elevator is out and it's 6th floor. He said it was the only floor with this Floorplan. For what we paid we decided to give it a shot. After walking up 4 floors on the wrong side, we finally trudged to the 6th floor to a tiny cramped room I could barely turn around in. I almost cried, I got lost on my way to the front desk. It was after prom and we were tired and carrying our food in hand. The guy at the counter let me know the online websites sell rooms that are not available sometimes. But with that being false advertising and not very good for business. Mr. Stanley did the right thing and provided me and my family an amazing room. Quiet, beautiful huge breakfast upon waking, and so kind!! Clean and I would highly recommend stopping in the restaurant for brunch and and a Blue Moon!! They are remodeling and the elevator was out. I am still impressed! -Blue Moon Media!"

"Great location if you are looking to enjoy a Travelers baseball game while visiting Little Rock. The staff was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast had a great variety and the wait staff was excellent."

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, but this hotel really needs an update. There were stains in the carpets, curtains, and on the chair. The arms of the chair had some threadbare spots. One of the doors on the credenza would not shut all the way. The ice machine didn't work, the room had a funky ordor, and the WiFi speed was lousy. I left before breakfast was laid out, but I did get some coffee. The coffee was good, so there's that. I would not book this hotel again unless there was a major update/refresh done."

"The room was clean. It had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. The wifi could have been a lot better. If you're needing to do a remote job or assignment then I suggest you look elsewhere. The air conditioner worked really well. Especially after a long evening at the zoo with my granddaughter. I had a non-smoking room however, you could smell weed as if it was right in front of you. The bathroom was a little small for a big person so if you don't need to close the bathroom door then you'll be fine. Also if you need to book another day you'll need to check out first then do another reservation. Most likely you'll have to get a different room so get all of your belongings out. Motel 6 has always been my go-to. I've never had a problem with them. One thing I was really happy about was the quietness. No 18 wheelers going by etc. The person that built this one choose a great location. Thank you!! When I have to go back to that area, I will definitely be choosing this particular location again."
