The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility.

Great hotel, great staff

Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that ...

Wonderful venue for families

This is a wonderful property for large extended families. Lovely pool and close to river bathing. The host, Christof was extremely friendly and very helpful when making reservations for local activities.
