Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please gather all trash. All trash must be placed in garbage bags before placing in the garbage cans outside. Please strip used beds and place in laundry room. Please clean kitchen, wash dishes.
Please toss all personal items and remove personal items from fridge. Place used towels in laundry room. Please refrain from moving furniture and nick nacks. If you move it, please put it back
Long stays and weekend stays, place trash cans at the curb by the mail box on Sunday night for 6:00AM Monday garbage collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please gather all trash; wash your dishes. No parking in Cul De Sac extra parking for guest in the grass to the left of the driveway.
Place used linens in hampers/ laundry room. No need to make your bed!! Long stays, set out garbage can by mailbox on Sun for Mon early pick-up. Thanks
The house was built in 1890, so please watch your step as floors may be uneven. Enjoy a true dark night by moonlight in a country setting.
