"The room was not IHG STANDARD Clean.. I would know as I am a former General Manager of Hilton Property, and prior IHG Front Office Manager of this brand.. floor was filthy, bathroom shower door leaked under the bottom of the door and poured water all over the bathroom floor, cleaned it up with a clean towel and the towel wiped up all the dirt left on the bathroom floor that the towel was discolored with dirt and filth.. walking barefoot in the actual room I had to wipe my feet off of the dirt just to put my socks on. Other than.. the room was fine. There was no way.. the room inspector is doing their job properly before call the room out clean and IHG satisfactory! Very disappointed. "

"The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was gross and there were hairs in the shower. It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet"
