- Beautiful and modern handicapped accessible Chautauqua home! Overlooking McKnight Hall in the garden district this is the ideal Chautauqua rental for everyone in your family. Located on the first floor, this expansive property has 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and 2 full baths, sleeping 4 very comfortably. One bathroom allows a wheelchair to roll into the large shower, complete with grab bars for that someone who may need just a little extra assistance. Enjoy the large open kitchen and living room area perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day of exploring the Institution's expansive grounds. With added amenities such as central A/C, heat, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you'll surely have everything you need to make this your next Chautauqua Institution rental. RENTS YEAR ROUND! **NO SMOKING/PETS** Trip Insurance available upon request.
Parking is available at the CHQ Main Lot. A parking pass must be purchased through the CHQ Institution.
