"Staff was friendly and overall things were clean. Something was spilled in elevator and not promptly cleaned causing flior to be sticky. Bed was like sleeping on cement."

"Easy access right off the interstate but very quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants walking distance. Sparse breakfast items. "

"Pool was amazing only thing i didnt like is i came down to this place from the states to visit family and had them over to hotel for pizza and was going to swim with 4 grandbabies and their parents who are mu kids and was told only room size can come so i had a room to fit 6 but i had 3 of us in there so only 3 ppl can visit. Not good when we are there for more people than that just one family is 4 in ours. Wont be staying there again only because i come For family to see us "

"There was a slight issue at check in but was fixed. The room was clean and beautiful, the location is amazing. Great food, drinks and staff is very accommodating "

"I really liked having the outdoor patio, jacuzzi, small refrigerator, coffee maker, & microwave in the room. The bed was nice and comfortable. I liked the workout room, downstairs pool and jacuzzi. However, the two eliptical machines didn't work for tracking, but I used my fit bit and still enjoyed using all the workout equipment. Decent selection for breakfast also. I liked seeing the miniature golf outside also, although we didn't get an opportunity this time to play. I liked our room view of the lake!! Comfortable outside furniture also. We used it a few times while there. Friendly staff & signs they are undergoing renovation- may become even nicer than it is already!!"

"We loved our stay on Lake Erie. The house was perfect in EVERY way. The house is perfectly maintained and offered anything you might need to cook a gourmet meal. This area offers so much to do. We will plan another trip for next June and will stay here for sure."
