This is an old property catering mostly to Mexican tourist families, not so much folks from farther north. Most workers speak enough English to handle the basics, but not much more. The facilities in general are dated, but in good shape. The rooms are adequate. The location within Mazatlán is unbeatable. Bottom line: It's priced fairly for what you get. Which is not a 5-star experience, but is in a great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very convenient to the beach and other amenities. We walked to the Divers Cliff. The room was comfortable, clean and we had a beach view. The only drawback is the boardwalk is a very busy, noisy place at night.

This was a last minute stay and it turned out pretty good. Was clean and checking was quick. The only issue is one night went for dinner it was great. The next night we didn’t even finish our food. The prawns weren’t deveined (if anyone knows that prawn poop inside), and my spaghetti was like a can of spaghetti O’s. Other than that it needs a few upgrades with plumbing. It was a fun stay and easy to get around in a wheelchair.

I didn’t like how there was noise in the hallways I know it won’t always be there but when I stayed that happened. It isn’t the cleanest but it’s average just can be cleaner.

Good location, good size rooms ,very clean rooms. Only bad thing was the small drive way in front of the hotel for 2 cars only. I will book this hotel again in the future.

I visit this place with family and i like the fact that every thing was clean and the staffing were always working to keep it that way. The weather, outside was really hot and humid and every time we went back to our room i could feel the pleasure of fresh ( really good ac). The only thing i didn't like so much was the wifi. It was really slow on videos and never work on my ps4. I didnt had a tablet with me but it work on my phone.

Staff at pool and rooms was great . Elevators awful very slow only one worked , very noisy, no hairdryer in room bad breakfast served. Did bring to attention and response was well thats our policy cant do much.

el hotel esta bien para el precio que es razonable. A la hora del check-out te pueden cuidar tus maletas si tu salida es mas tarde. Lo unico que no me gusta es el check-in tan tarde y que no puedes usar el estacionamiento asta la hora de tu entrada. No tiene muy buen internet. El cuarto que me toco era amplio y limpio con dos camas dobles y un sofa cama un poco mas grande. balcon con vista al mar.

The property was at a great location. What we did not like was that the rooms did not include a coffee pot, or a refrigerator. There was not any ice available as well.
