About this property
Stunning Marina Condo with Pool, Gym and Restaurant
- Situated along the beautiful Marina Mazatlán, just along-side the second bridge towards the Cerritos beach. The building is new, and includes a pool with loungers and cabanas, gym, games room, secure parking, and a roof-top bar/restaurant.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cooking supplies, and food storage containers. There is an electric cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. The dishwasher is located just in the next room, along with the washer and dryer.
The dining area is spacious and has seating for 6 people.
Both bedrooms have California king size beds, Smart TV's, and large closets. The master bedroom has access to the private terrace as well as a private ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, via Jack and Jill doors (one to enter from the second bedroom and one from the living area).
The living area is complete with 50" Smart TV and comfortable furniture. The sofa pulls-out into a queen size bed, giving additional room for guests. Just off of the living room is the private terrace, with nice new furniture and beautiful marina views.
Included in your rental is internet, Smart TV (with a streaming package), water, $700 pesos of electricity per month, 1 underground parking spot, and use of the beautiful common areas. Pets are NOT allowed for short-term stays, but can be considered for longer monthly stays.
