In a new and private building at 1 block of Golden Zone in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Comes fully furnished, wifi & equipped with all totally new! (let me know if you are interested for seasons of 3, 6, 12 or more months)

Enjoy the excellent location, in a private and very quiet building, in Fracc. Gaviotas. At 1 block of Golden Zone and beach, you will have everything in just a few steps (comercial area, principal banks, restaurants and bar). Just a 5 mins of the principal malls, 10 mins of downtown & 20 mins of airport.

You will stay in one of the best zones of Mazatlán, with everithing that you need near from your home, in one of the newest and very quiet building, in Fracc. Gaviotas.

You are at Golden Zone in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. You could use UBER, taxi, pulmonía or there are rental car services and public transport, the green bus could be a good option it cross all malecon, Cerritos and goes to downtown.

Studio Apartment in Gaviotas

Building was very clean. No elevator, and apartment was located on second floor. Owners were very good with communication. Apartment was quite small and would, in my opinion, be too cramped for two people. Bedroom had natural light in the morning, but the living area and kitchen were very dark. Full kitchen set-up, but unfortunately the owners did not supply any kitchen cookware and utensils were very minimal. Drinking water was not supplied, and needed to keep large bottles on the kitchen floor. No racks in bathroom for towels, or shelves to keep bathroom supplies. Apartment washer and dryer was located on the mirador (roof) needing to climb up two more flights of stairs. The apartment was situated in the established residential area of Gaviotas within a fairly short walk to the Golden Zone. No food shopping or food markets within walking distance, but plenty of restaurants. I would rate this apartment 6 out of 10.

Very Secure Property

Great location. Walking distance was very short to get a ride any where you needed to go. Anything we asked for was dealt with quickly. Had to leave early due to the Corona Virus stuff going on and they met us a few days early to check out.
