False Lead

Long story but I booked with VBRO and they only charged ne their fee. The other fee was charged by the property management company. The process was very suspicious and difficult. The company ended up charging me twice. After many texts, emails and calls they refunded the over charge but did not refund the full amount. I called VBRO and sent them all the docs requested, They were to get back to me but failed to do so. They kept sending emails which were no reply emails so you could not communicate with them. The property promised things that did not work like fans, leaky air conditioning, faulty internet which they fixed 80% through the trip. Poor Rental Management Company GPS and poor service by VBRO not standing by the product they have on their platform
