The ride from the Safari Lodge along the Sabi river takes about an hour in each direction and you'll see more animals then you've ever seen in your life! Truly. Majestic. Awesome trip. You don't need more than a couple or few days unless you want a safari experience and stay in expensive tents etc. This place is perfect for the casual traveler who wants to see animals animals and more animals. Heavenly! And the lodge is perfect like a vacation place not a safari place. "

"Elephants, hippos and monkeys right outside of door. It was a peaceful and beautiful experience. The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered in my travels. Absolutely genuine and beautiful people. A new resort that is still flying under the radar. Take advantage of it while you can. "

"Its been our second time to Hazyview Cabanas and it was an amazing experience the 8 sleeper units have been newly revamped. So modern and clean absolutely loved it. The facilities and activities for the kids and families over the holiday perios was great. Friendly welcoming staff and the Rivers edge resturant was great if you dont feel like having a break from the kitchen."

"The photos dont do this property justice. secluded and quite with the sabie river running along side the villas and restaurants its just paradise. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking. The whole family went to the spa and had messages whilst listening to the river running by. it was the perfect way to end our trip to Kruger with some luxurious R&R."

"American average style hotel room with American King size bed and comfortable mattress and pillows covered with clean sheets. Bathroom was clean with fair size shower stall and toilet size and with enough legroom to seat and enjoy morning d**p. This place met my expectations."
