We had a fabulous experience here staying one night before our Safari and a night after the Safari.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
The area is beautiful and part of a coffee plantation.
There were a couple of internet moments of on and off but beyond that, no complaints

Room was dark and drab. Lighting so bad, you coukd not read except during the day. No sound proofing and you could hear people and doors all night.
Adequate breakfast choices, but coffee was terrible.
Hotel was up a road filled with holes and shacks. More like a 2-star motel.
Not recommended.
