"No pool no hot tub and no plans on fixing. Lady at desk was very rude upon check in didn’t get the king bed I paid for instead was given 2 queens "

"Celebrating my 40th anniversary was not fun. The pool was not open. The hot tub was not open. There was rips in the carpet by the bed. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The TV remote was not working. It would not do the guide and every time you push the channel button, it would hesitate to turn the channel. A special day for my husband and I turned out to be not very fun to celebrate very disappointed"
