"Gorgeous unique house in an beautifully peaceful setting with historic curiosities to enterwin for years (newspapers feom the original log cabin wall lining!). Well appointed and decorated. Great speedy communication with owners. Our only wish was that there were a door for the upstairs (which is driven primarily by us having our dogs--and a phobia of spiral stair cases). "

"i love the lay out of the house and everything about it the vibes were amazing and the bed was so comfortable love the rolling barn doors the rustic look was everything the water pressure wasn’t all that great and the house wouldn’t stay as warm as i would have liked but other than that a great stay over all enough room for me my fiance and our two big dogs it was so close to everything town and interstate was like 5 - 10 min away which was ideal"

"Great home within minutes of downtown Knoxville. Bedrooms and furniture were clean and accommodating. Communication with property owner was excellent. Easy check in and check out. I would bring my family here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a wedding there that night so we didn’t have access to bathrooms but went into town for dinner so it was manageable. We were in town to find my daughter a wedding dress. We found one and glamping the night before was perfect and so much fun!"

From having access to a washer and dryer, the private space to connect with nature, the record player, and extremely clean and comfortable furniture, I could not recommend it more! Highly recommend! "Enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat! Everything was very clean and comfortable. River views were beautiful! The host was great and quick to respond! We were in town for our son’s college bass championship on Cherokee Lake and this house was a great place to stay for that! Would definitely recommend!"

Well the weather did not cooperate! 90's most days and thank god for trees!!U need a small digital fan to perch over your dome (bald head) take it from me I brought one. The facilities and views are fantastic. Had some pleasant encounters with horses and the house cat! on the whole kudos for the entire crew! Yes even you Bobby!"
