"We had a wonderful stay at Stephen’s property. Excellent communication with host and the home and property were amazing. The hot tub and fire pit were a must have for us and it made our stay very enjoyable. You can’t beat waking up to deer and turkeys out your door step! Will be back for sure. "

"Absolutely one of the cutest cabins and places I have stayed! The property was very clean and has anything you need for a small getaway! It is in the country side with so many cute farm animals and the scenery is so pretty! The house itself was accommodating with everything you would need to cook! The hot tub was very nice and very clean. 10/10 recommend staying here! "

"This is the worst rental we have ever been to hands down. We texted the owners about some potential issues that we had seen in the reviews and they assured us that they have been fixed. As soon as we walked in the front door all we could smell was mold. The fridge had spilled milk that had rotten inside. The shower curtain was covered in mold. We then checked the bedrooms and under the blankets in one of the bedrooms was hair. Ontop of all of that the front door had holes that you could see daylight through and looked like it had been broken into. We immediately left the property and rented a hotel room. We texted the owners requesting a refund and they said they would “check with their team.” A few days later we still had heard nothing so we texted them again and they had the same response. We still have not heard back from them. "

"Absolutely incredible place. The yurt was perfect and easily fit 5 grown men COMFORTABLY. Facilities were outstanding with warm, clean bathrooms being a very short walk away, the same distance as the outdoor shower. I described my shower there as "A top 5 shower of my life" as it was warm outside, the water was hot and I was surrounded by the breathtaking nature of East Tennessee. Got to meet the owner and he was a joy to speak to and willing to meet any needs that we may have had. Overall, this place was amazing and perfect for what me and my group needed, would recommend this place to anyone either passing through Knoxville or staying for a few days!"

"They must’ve double booked and not made us aware. After driving through a snowstorm and arriving at 2:30 am, we were met with a locked door and eventually, people peeking out behind the blinds staring at us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host gave us code to home and then proceeded to ignore our messages when unable to enter property."
