We proceeded to the studio beyond the gate and the backyard was worst than the front yard. Esthetic is vital and unfortunately very disappointing. I could not open the windows without looking at weeds as high as 3 feet The interior of the studio was absolutely immaculate, which is why we stayed, but will not book again based on the exterior of the place and the neighborhood was a little sketchy as well.
