"Kelly at front desk was very welcoming at check-in and same with clerk upon check-out. Room was clean with comfortable beds and housekeepers in the hallway were very friendly and even asked if we needed anything! Definitely coming back. "
"Back yard was even more beautiful than the pictures. The back yard is really serene. There is a very large porch roof that covers a large area which keeps it very cool if you want to sit out in the back yard in the heat of the day. The backyard patio furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The house was very nice and clean. The bedding and beds were comfortable. There was a bit of a sewer smell along the back side of the house. I think it was maybe the septic system. It wasn’t ever-present but it would catch me by surprise every once in a while. The kitchen had good utensils, pots, pans, fridge and microwave. There is no dishwasher and the plates (while very nice) had small ridges around the edge that were a bit difficult to clean by hand. Also, there isn’t a garbage disposal so be careful to get everything off of your dishes before washing. There is a nice washer/dryer set in the garage. The neighborhood is rural and very quiet. I felt very safe there by myself (before my husband joined me). There are a lot of farm animal noises early in the morning but you only hear it if you go outside around 6:00 a.m. It was really charming to hear those sounds first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay in this home again. "

"This location was a great stay for our family, while we were in town for a family reunion. The house was simple, no extras. Would have loved a blow dryer or side tables next to bed. The master bed down stairs is on hard wood and the frame is very “ikea” like, so the middle supports would slip and moved with any movement… a rug may have helped; some lights were painted over and very dim. It just seems like a new vrbo investment. Although the owner communication was excellent and he allowed us to check in early after an over the night long drive.. dispute the above mentions, it was perfect for what we needed!! Thank you!! "
"As far as the stay goes, while we were extremely grateful that this home was available to us since our other rental property canceled one week before my sister’s wedding, this house was less than ideal. We had to clean the microwave, the oven, and rewash dishes. The towel rack in the main bathroom, fell off the wall the moment someone brushed up against it. There were stains and dirt on the walls, bugs, trash in front of the house and in the backyard. The curtains are thin and see through. The curtain rods are cheap and bending. There was very little storage in each bedroom. There was no sufficient lighting in the bedrooms, the main bedroom only has a lamp underneath the television that barely lit quarter of the room. The teapot handle was broken, and there were holes in the floor covered up by rugs.While I always lead with gratitude, I have to be honest about our experience."
