Garland Hotel
This was our second stay and the first one was better. Upon arrival, I found garbage all over the balcony including empty wine bottles etc. The rooms never smell "clean". They all have the odor of leftover food 😑. The air unit made a popping noise (in wall vent) the entire night. The light next ...
