The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!

We found the staff at this hotel to be exceptional! Everyone was so kind,helpful and pleasant! The front desk staff was friendly and very efficient. The bartenders were all fun and lovely, and the servers during breakfast awesome! We were there for the A-10 basketball tournament and being so close to the area was a blessing.

Gorgeous suite. Beautifully designed, tons of space. Truly ideal. Will be back.

Each time I went to the desk there was no one there. I spent 2 night there. the maids never came to my room and replaced the towels I had used the day before. The food at Revel restaurant was really bad. The server did ask would me and my guests wanted to return and replace the food. We decline and left.

Hotel is beautiful. Only draw back is limited room service hours.
