I am so sorry that you were disturbed with noise during your stay with us. I see that you did stay on the 2nd floor kind of in the middle so perhaps it was because you were near the elevator. It looks like since you prepaid on Expedia that we are unable to refund that portion of your stay, but we did waive the additional pet fee and that was credited back to your account.We hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future. Please request a room away from the elevator for a better rest.
