Room had great lighting settings and the closet was awesome. Hotel was clean and staff friendly not very helpful though. We asked recommendations to breakfast and they told us to AI the question to see what it came up with. The mattress was very lumpy and not very comfy. The truck delivery every morning that was delivering to the hotel was SO loud in the middle of the night. We thought it was a trash truck but they were just delivering to the hotel.
It also took 30 minutes to get our car out of valet. This is a really nice place but I think maybe understaffed.

Great stay at Hourglass! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was even located where we could walk to dinner. Great stay, would highly recommend!
