"The room smelled like smoke. I was warned of a $250 fee for smoking in the room. My guess is they don’t use this money to actually clean the smoke smell from the room. Unfortunately office hours were over by the time I went in my room and noticed the smell. Also there was heavy mold growth where the tub meets the floor. Why was this not cleaned up when they cleaned the room after the last guest?"

"We were there for an extended stay. Check in was great. Lots of local history to explore. Good restaurants choices. Even found a sports card store in town. Had everything we needed in dwelling. Will be back again."

"The location is good! The house is older and needing a few minor repairs—but very clean and well kept. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with a booking glitch in a very positive and expedited manner. Super responsive to questions or requests!! Our only suggestion that would make it more comfortable for a 2 bedroom rental would be more comfortable seating for at least 4 people in the living room versus the 2 recliners that are there."

"The house was clean and welcoming, with a great back yard. I have family serving at Kings Bay Naval Base and the location couldn't be any better. The host was excellent, and was always available with any questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Kings Bay area. "

"This was our first time using VRBO. The house was nice but we found blood on one of the bed sheets. There was not any other sheets so we washed them. I contacted the host and was refunded the cleaning fee. But it was not a good experience. I am not sure we will do this again. "
