The front desk called us multiple times in the night as we were sleeping. There was no hot water in our room. We tried to check out at 8 o’clock in the morning and no one was there to give us back our cash deposit. We had to hang out for two more hours before somebody got there. We told the manager on duty about the issues and they refused to help solve any of their problems."

"As a business traveler I would rate Arrive in a lower score, perhaps negative. When I selected Arrive thru Hotels.com I chose, Pay at Property, but that did NOT happen. My arrival and first night was April 21st. The 1st payment on my credit card was the 19th for $114.28. The 2nd payment was on the day of my arrival, 21st for $271.28. The 3rd payment was on the was on the same day for $100.00 The total was correct as promised $485.56 This payment process made no sense to me and makes for unnecessarily complicated accounting. More importantly, I like things to take place as I was promised. Furthermore, when I asked for a receipt, your desk clerk gave me hard time, telling me that I already had a receipt thru Hotels.com but that is only true if you pay them in advance, not at the hotel. There was no mention that I would have to pay a valet service to park my car each night for $25,"

"Even though they were in the middle of remodeling, the staff was friendly and the property was clean. The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again."
