For the price we paid to stay at the Rio I expected much better. Several times it well over 15 minutes to get hot water in our room. Several times the television had a blank screen and had to be unplugged and plugged back in several times. Finally the food options at the Rio were extremely overpriced.

"Shocked by the high resort fees (more than double what I booked the room for), but a very nice, comfortable stay. Pool (towels provided) and parking were free and convenient. Marra tower was updated. Uno mas tacos was a surprisingly good place to eat. No coffee or microwave in the room."
