"We arrived really late and only needed a room for one night. Booking put us in the motel on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator and since there was room, we were able to get a first floor in the main building. The room was spacious and clean. Even though we were close to the casino, we did not smell any smoke. It did get a little loud when someone was playing slots at 6am, but it is a casino and we were just thankful for the room and not having to haul our stuff upstairs any stairs. Made it very easy to get in and out and we were back on the road on time. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We’d consider staying here again if we pass through Ely again."

"This a great place to stay. Communication was excellent. A city water main broke and we had excellent updates. We loved it so much we reached out to the owner to extend the stay and again the communication was quick and professional. We highly recommend this place and to take advantage of the back deck to watch the sun set."

"This home was a charming little house in the old mining community of McGill. The home was exceptionally clean and creatively decorated. There were artfully painted murals throughout the house and a very nice game room for the little ones The community is 12 miles from most restaurants but the roads were mostly empty and travel to and from wasn’t an issue. Our communications with the owner were excellent and she was very helpful. Check in and check out were simple and effective. I would recommend this property to others."
