"The farmhouse was what dreams are made of - we loved its character. Clean and well equipped (although more than the 1 tea towel supplied would have been useful). Beds were very comfortable (and fun to get on if you’re only 5’ tall… quite high!), bedding and towels were lovely and fresh. "The house is in a very rural area of Gozo and has no direct access by car. To access the property you have to park on the road and then walk down an alley (approximately 400 feet) to the house. The kitchen urgently needs renovation, which we understand will be done shortly. Dishwasher and kitchen counters need to be replaced and also pots and pans. The linen and blankets also need updating and more care has to be paid to the size of the linens and blankets. A twin blanket on a queen bed does...

"Beautiful farmhouse, spacious, quiet and well equipped. Walk is a lovely town with so many walkable attractions. Gozo is fabulous - worth hiring a car to see the whole island The Trabone family were wonderful! Highly recommend you stay at Simar farmhouse"

"We stayed in this property in July/August 2022. We had an enjoyable and memorable two weeks. It comes with clean and good size rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would prefer at least one room with double bed though. Pool area is nice with pink flowers falling everyday and decent sun beds. Due to the hot weather and surrounding vegetation, the outdoor floor, furniture and pool will require cleaning almost every day before use. The alleyway accessing the house could do with extra light...

"The farmhouse is a beautiful stay. We were a family group of 8 adults. There are so many room in the house that you would never feel on top of each other. The pool is a great size with plenty of dining space in multiple areas. Nice addition of the bbq and the kitchen is very large to cook in for a big group. My only comment would be on the cleanliness and maintenance of some areas in the house. One bedroom did have plenty of hair all over the floor when we arrived and there were quite a few...

"Hated the constant noise of sirens and traffic - much better soundproofing needed, annoying that the TV remote controlled both TVs when I only wanted one on with YouTube and not the other blaring BBC news or something- ended up unplugging the other tv to solve the issue Balcony is rather narrow and shower has no standing mat to stop you slipping The good news is that the double bed is lovely with usb ports and UK wall sockets which is excellent I like the TV size despite my whinge above...
