Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Hotel! The ambiance was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I want to extend a special thank you to Jamar, Eunice, and Anna at the reception for their exceptional help, and also to Martin Sapiano, the Guest Relations Manager, for making my stay extra special. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made me feel truly valued. I can’t wait to return!

Riviera: close to ferry

Well run hotel, great service. The room was clean and tidy, good buffet for breakfast. We didn't use the facilities but the pool looked good, there were activities during the day and it was near the ferry to Gozo which is why we stayed there.

Lovely break

We had a short break, but would have loved to stay longer. We had a warm welcome. The reception staff are lovely! The room was nice and well maintained. The dinner and breakfast were great. Would definitely recommend ❤

We had a very enjoyable stay . Both breakfast and buffet dinner were delcious , restautant was very busy, they need more restaurant staff. Plates werent cleared from tables and no one asked us if we wanted any drinks. The most enjoyable part of our stay is the entertainement , darts , uno csed games and there is always entertainment in the evenings. Definitely the best hotel in Malta for family entertainment. Well done to all the animators.

In overall the hotel was nice however not up to a 4* standard. We had booked the half board package - and the drinks were not included in it, usually it should be explicitly shown but it was not, so bit dismissive on the information. Also the concierge staff was not very informative on the check in, and bit dismissive on any questions we could have, almost looked lost when questioned. Only shower gel provided in the bathroom no shampoo or conditioner. On the positive note the food and drinks quality was enjoyable and the location and view are great plus
