Classy modern hotel with warm, helpful staff. Coffee, drinks and sandwich bar in the lobby was so convenient to grab something while coming and going. Were able to get extra pillows with a smile and had maybe the best sleep ever in a hotel. Had such a great stay.

Staff was great but otherwise I expected much more from this hotel for the price point and considering I got a premium suite. The room (especially the kitchen) was not very clean at all - stain marks all over the sink, dishwasher, and mugs had coffee rings. I could handle that but everything was just worn down in this hotel - the rooms are desperately in need of a Reno, the bathrooms look dingy. The mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Pillows felt like there was bean bags in them. I went to shower and there was no hot water. AC wasn’t turned on in the room when I first got there so it was super hot. One area of the gym had no AC. Elevators took forever. There was no cute little amenities (one of the reasons I liked this place based on photos was the mini byredos shown - they don’t exist they just have the big bottles in the room you can’t take) - in fact there was nothing at all in the room unless you asked for it.
For the price point and the more premium feel they’re going for this place is massively lacking. A million better options for the same price or cheaper in Toronto/same area. Skip this one.
