Excellent accommodation and phenomenal view
We were so impressed with the comfort and setting of this house. It's very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor space was so peaceful and beautiful to enjoy star gazing. Thank you for all the special touches.

The house was very nice. Our biggest problem was we lost cell service when we got there.

Family Vacation
We had a fabulous time. The home was clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfy too. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching sunrise, sunset and star gazing. Owner was very nice and helpful.

Great Place
The home was so clean and well maintained. Very comfortable furniture including the beds. It was nice to sit on the back patio and enjoy the view. Tippi was a great host!

West Grand Canyon Get Away
Cozy, cute and clean! Such a wonderful place to stay and just 30 min from West Grand Canyon Skyway view. It had everything we needed and was very beautifully decorated. Really comfy beds. Backyard view was great, and the star gazing was amazing. The property manager was fantastic and kept us well informed about our stay.

Beautiful Paradise
We had a 5 star stay. Everything was great. We were a little disappointed that the home was advertised with a hot tub as an amenity. Otherwise we had a good stay. The home was lovely, well kept, and had stunning views. The host was great and very communicative.

Bucket List Trip!
Pristine property! The home was lovely and exactly as listed. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably here. We cooked a couple meals after exploring the Grand Canyon West and Lake Mead. Tippy was very responsive when we reached out for directions or the like. The beds were super comfy and she had nice little personal touches like coffee pods available and bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion (we were not able to pack all this since we flew in from Ohio). Her best tip was to grab groceries on the way in (Kingman area) as Meadview is pretty small. That said- the views were amazing! And we loved having coffee in the morning on the back patio. We were grateful for all the comforts of home! Would come back!

Marvelous!
The home is unassuming on the outside but wait until you walk in! Perfect, clean accommodations with everything you need. You can pull up a chair on the back porch and view canyons all around you. If you need a getaway from the Vegas area, you will find the home restful and roomy. My family would return in a heartbeat.

If you want dark skies
If you want dark skies this is your place, even tho we stayed turning a Super Moon there were thousands of stars in the sky and I was able to do some astrophotography.

Nice house in desert!
There were little water bottles by the bed sides when you are thirsty. They thought of little details. There were games and the TV had youtube and was a smart TV. The property had a nice big lot you could pull your car or even a boat or RV on lot if you were boating in the summer. The house is very clean and fresh!

Beautiful home, comfortable, clean
AMAZiNG stars. remote location as expected, but close to grand canyon west. Owner gave lots of info about local things to do, even checked business times over holidays. house was clean and easy to be in, good kitchen supplies and appliances. Had minor issue with hot water, local rep was responsive and friendly, even on Christmas eve. Comfortable beds, easy to manage heat system. easy parking. good directions. excellent communication by host.

The property was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The views from the property were outstanding, especially at sunset. It is a good spot to explore the Grand Canyon, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. The communication from the host was excellent.
