Don't trust the hotels reservation system

They had my reservation wrong and they were full up so I had no place to stay after a long drive.

I dont support this motel & would never recommend

What a terrible experience. My boyfriend and I were traveling from LA and were really looking forward to our opportunity to stay near the west rim and never had the chance. The motel was overbooked and the sister motel that we were redirected by Amy the owner of Meadow view wasn't available. We were travelling all night and finally already at Canyon End motel (sister motel) looking forward to finally settling down however, there was nobody available to help us. So here we are strayed at 2am with nobody to help us or sleep. We already paid for the motel too. We tried driving an additional 50 miles and still there was no places to stay. We never had the chance to see the Grand Canyon and this was heart breaking. Being from NY originally I always wanted to travel to see the Canyon however this was taken from us because of unprofessionalism and poor planning on behalf of management. I am grateful for hotels.com for us, giving our money back, and additional gift card for our troubles.
