The Front Desk and staff are very friendly! The hotel has shuttles every 20 min to take guests to Al Harm (Kaabah). The food is great, especially the Iftar buffet. I had a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

My overall stay was good. I stayed in 2 separate rooms mainly due to water leak in bathroom. All the male staff at the reception were very friendly, helpful, professional, and respectful.

The crucial factor is the availability of bus services, which, although occasionally late, generally cover most of our trips from Kabba to the hotel. However, the buffet was notably disappointing in terms of food quality.

Shuttle bus was a nightmare. It’s too far from Haram. No upgrade on room. Staff were rude. Have to ask for room to be cleaned than it be done everyday. Wouldn’t stay again but would book. Ext to Haram next time. Area is good though mosque literally round the corner a few shops too.

Clean Hotel, Poor Service

The hotel is modern and clean and daily room cleaning is excellent. The shuttle buses are also reliable but it is not clear to guests where they should wait in the Haram area for the bus. Check in was smooth but any requests for services or questions after was ignored. We were hung up on numerous times over the phone and the staff knew little English to assist us. As a guest we try not to be overbearing but the staff over the phone did not care to help with even the little things.

Though the location is a bit far, there is a comprehensive free bus service a grand Mosque and a shopping center within the complex. -The rooms are clean and are cleaned on a daily Ahad on the 2nd floor was really helpful, just have to be mindful to request the bedsheet change. Food if you book (can also pay on the day 65sr) is a buffet system and is standard with these types of hotels. -You definitely have to upgrade to the best view or any view for some rooms. -Staff are fantastic and always willing to help from the reception to food hosts especially "Arshadul" at dinner service) to room service, even had the IT tech come to fix the TV (had some communication error) - Younis is always there welcoming guests with the Saudi coffee a dates - the porters are fantastic they take the bags off you as soon as you walk in almost like a weight off your shoulder literally Really enjoying my stay here (day 3 of 23)update if the service drops off... I reserved two rooms for six people: one room with four beds for my family and a second room for myself and my wife. Unfortunately, the hotel gave us two rooms on different floors. We were promised that a room next to my family would be provided within a couple of hours, and there was a room available, but even after two days and multiple requests, they kept telling us to come back later and never fulfilled their promise. As a result, I had to stay far from my elderly parents. Additionally, the phones in the rooms did not work, and the cleaning service was very poor. I chose Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel after reading many positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing.
