"This place has a lot going for it. Roomy, clean and well equipped, including the kitchen. There's nothing much to walk to from this house, but a lot of Buffalo's attractions are just a couple minutes by car - Delaware Park, museums, historic home tours, etc. Also, a quick drive to Hertel Avenue, an excellent shopping and dining street. Downtown and the waterfront are 10 to 15 minutes away. Public transportation is close by. My wife and I used the Metro for trips downtown. One drawback is that the staircase to the second floor apartment is narrow, long and steep. My wife and I, both in our late 70s, did manage, but it was difficult."
