"The room was a bit dated. The aircon was noisy but it helped drown out the sound of prayers from the adjacent mosque at 4:30am as there was inadequate sound proofing. For the price (cheap) it was ok, but it’s not what I would call grand, nor is it clear what it is central to. If I needed to be up early and was ok with not wanting anything flashy, I would stay there again, but if I wanted to sleep in or have something more luxurious, I would not."

"Best hotel in Medan. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful and the hotel facilities are fantastic - the spa pools are wonderful. We also had the best sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at in Medan and wished we stayed here more nights.Convenient location with a huge mall just diagonally across the road too. If we ever return to Medan, we will definitely stay here"
