"Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). The apartment is looking worn and in need of some paint and many features need some repair - tap in kitchen sink is so wobbly, no plugs in sink or bath, over flow in bath is missing, towel rail in bathroom not working, shower screen missing seal meaning water leaks all over the floor. Missing crockery and cuttlery which was depicted in the photo and sofa is dirty and stained. Bed is comfortable and the bedroom is warm."
