Property is great for price. Not the best area but if you dont plan to be out after dark it's fine. Hotel is very secure. Room was a little warm but has ceiling fan and it was unseasonably warm in Medellin during our stay

I’ve stayed at 6 different hotels/hostels in Medellín throughout my trip, and these were by far the most polite and welcoming staff I’ve met so far! Extremely comfortable stay overall, and the included breakfast is very pleasant and delicious :). One thing I’ll add: if you are walking around the neighborhood at night, I would definitely recommend you don’t “dar papaya” as the locals say, or make yourself a target, as the surrounding area isn’t as touristy as areas like El Poblado.

Do not stay here. If you are trying to have enjoy Medellín you will not here. The staff not only doesn’t speak English. But they purposely add additional charges whenever they see fit. They lied and tried to charge me a dirty room fee for a room I never entered. After charging me for “free” breakfast and not to mention my booking was for 3 seperate rooms just to only have them be able to accommodate for 2. Absolutely the worst decision of my trip was staying here. And I would hate for anyone else to fall victim to this disappointment.
