A beautifully designed hotel in a great neighbourhood. Friendly, polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Our standard room was very small (only one bedside table) so consider upgrading if you are staying for a long time.

Oasis in Medellín

El Cielo is an amazing place to stay. Can’t tell much on the outside but inside is a wonderful oasis. The service and room were impeccable. Truly a luxurious place to stay for a good price. The restaurant also is an experience one cannot miss.

Amazing location. Staff was so nice and helpful. 5 Star services. Rooms and amenities are really outstanding. The restaurants on site are very good. Super comfy beds. Food and drinks inside the rooms were all included. Great espresso bar in the Lobby is also included. Rooftop pool is not big but it’s perfect to relax.

The hotel is beautiful. Room and bed excellent, gorgeous. Pool and restaurant/ bar area also gorgeous. Food has been excellent. My only complaint is that the location is not close or walking distance from the dining and shopping areas of El Poblado.

Loved our stay here - the service was amazing. We had a very early flight to the airport for departure and since we were missing breakfast the second morning (which was delicious btw), and they packed us breakfast and coffees to go which was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the interiors, service, and overall amenities of the hotel make up for it. We spent an entire day on the rooftop pool area and the gentlemen who were in charge went above and beyond to make sure we were pampered
