A bag was left in the room after checkout time. They insisted on charging $80 for the bag being left. I contacted Expedia and they did lower the charge to $40. They normally charge $25 per week day for that room. Also only 1 small window in the ceiling. Very small room. I will never stay there again!

Previous rating suggested the property was not particularly clean. It was OK for me (rm 402). Lots of cars and motor bikes roaring by and even with windows closed was very noisy, well through the night. I changed hotels and though there seemed to be less racing, it was still noisy. This was my first time to Medellin in a while so maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to. I imagine the higher end hotels are quieter. There is AC so it was not uncomfortable.

When I got to the front desk, it was raining outside and also inside. I waited to be attended but someone came in later and got attended before me after I was waiting for so long. And after such a long flight. When I got to the room, it was obvious that the hygiëne was not a priority. I could smell musty odor of mold and not being cleaned properly. The bed mattress was in a plastic packaging and then covered with the bed linen. So when I was on the bed, every time I moved, I heard the crinkling sound of the plastic. It was seriously uncomfortable. The fridge was plugged out when I got to the room. The airco was off and the remote to turn it on was faulty. The hair dryer didn’t work. I could not iron my clothes because there wasn’t one in my room. Very noisy neighborhood and it doesn’t help that there is an opening in the window that stays open. Next to noise, there was also a cockroach that managed to get into the bedroom via the opening. The door knob to the room was very flimsy. There was no extra lock to lock the door when inside. I did not feel safe. There was also no Safe to put my valuables in when I wasn’t there. The list goes on. I was glad to have warm water available. I can’t believe this hotel is listed on Expedia. I’m so disappointed.

La habitacion tenia mal olor, no habia papel higienico y la Recepcion me informa que debo bajar a buscarlo, nunca me ayudaron con el olor de la habitacion y tuve que buscar un hotel en mejores condiciones y tampoco me reembolsaron el dinero por haber realizado la reserva a traves de la pagina de Hotels.

Una experiencia muy desagradable. El desuyuno limitado, las camas duras, el cuerto en mal estado stado, cortinas sucias, baño pequeño e incomodo. En mi estadia, en el cuarto de al lado hubo 3 noches q no nos dejaron dormir, pq llegaban borrachos, haciendo escándalo y has vomitando y la gerencia del hotel.nunca hizo nada al respecto. Muy mala experiencia. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Es muy viejo y mal internet

Fue demorada las habitaciones muy viejas sin mantenimiento, tiene cable ningun canal internacional ni de peliculas, el internet pésimo, no se pudo trabajar la red era muy lenta y saturada, el desayuno muy casero y normalito nada especial: huevos, arepa y cafe todos los dias.
