Staff was nice and courteous. The room was as advertise, except that the bed was hard as the floor, no TV in the bedroom, and WiFi was sporadic at best. Biggest issue I experienced, I had to check out 4 days earlier than plan, but the Hotel refuse to issue a credit back to my credit card, after going back and fore with hotel management I was reimburse 2 days worth in cash, I was adviced by the front desk this was done in good faith by managment. There were absolutely no signs, and no explanation of this policy when checking in. Basically they robbed me!!!

Great location Stay in Medellin.

We made a good choice staying at this hotel, it was clean and housekeeping at your preference. We had hot water and a the air conditioner was in great shape. The location is perfect because it is in between el Poblado and Laureles. The rate was also excellent even in spite of it being high season. I would definitely stay here again.

They pre-assign security codes for hotel room doors. This is unsafe and unsecure as anyone working at the hotel or gets access to your code can come into your room. My sunglasses and shower gel were stolen by an unidentified person who entered my room at 2:06am.
