The apartment was clean and the place was well-presented; the breakfast was just average, but the downside is that dogs are allowed, which isn't good for people with allergies.

The staff were very friendly however, the hotel let in a lot of traffic noise, and unfortunately the cafe/restaurant was only open until 3. I did not see a spa anywhere on the premises. The food came in very large portions so you may want to share. It was delicious!

This was a cute quaint property. The unit was near stores, mall and transportation. The unit was clean and had all accomodations needed for the stay. The AC in the bedroom did work well enough to keep the entire apt cold as being from the states is a requirement for us. Loved that there was a patio on the unit. I loved sitting there and watching people and traffic.. All the young men at the front desk were so nice, Handsome and tried there best to speak english with me since i do not speak spanish. I loved this property and i would definetely stay again

Staff was nice and courteous. The room was as advertise, except that the bed was hard as the floor, no TV in the bedroom, and WiFi was sporadic at best. Biggest issue I experienced, I had to check out 4 days earlier than plan, but the Hotel refuse to issue a credit back to my credit card, after going back and fore with hotel management I was reimburse 2 days worth in cash, I was adviced by the front desk this was done in good faith by managment. There were absolutely no signs, and no explanation of this policy when checking in. Basically they robbed me!!!

Great location Stay in Medellin.

We made a good choice staying at this hotel, it was clean and housekeeping at your preference. We had hot water and a the air conditioner was in great shape. The location is perfect because it is in between el Poblado and Laureles. The rate was also excellent even in spite of it being high season. I would definitely stay here again.

They pre-assign security codes for hotel room doors. This is unsafe and unsecure as anyone working at the hotel or gets access to your code can come into your room. My sunglasses and shower gel were stolen by an unidentified person who entered my room at 2:06am.

No suelo dejar reseñas cuando mi estancia es agradable o aceptable pero esto no lo es, la habitacion si uno no lo pide no la limpian, el servicio al cliente es pesimo, la cama super dura, era mejor dormir en el suelo y lo peor habian cucarachas en mi habitacion Le comunique mis inquietudes a la recepcion y solo limpiaron la habitacion. No me ofrecieron ni tan siquiera un cambio de habitacion Por otra parte el personal del restaurante es muy amable pero en cuestion de bebidas no hay variedad o "se termino"

El check in fue fácil y cordial, la limpieza me gustó y el precio es muy bueno teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento. Mejoraría un poco lo del agua caliente en el lavamanos, sobre todo al momento de afeitarse y también un colchón un poco más blandito 😬 aunque ya eso es cuestión de gusto.
