"We love finding cabins across the country. This one is really fantastic, so much so that we think the owner should consider providing a richer description of the landscape and privacy being at their ranch…I meant to ask the kindest proprietor, Virginia, if she knew the history of this ranch, the cabin, and possibly, the history of the natives…the stone pieces gave us the impression that this was always an abundant place. A special treat was waking up to a huge herd of very funny goats."

"This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. "If ever I were to own a cabin, it would be of the design of this one. Rustic feel with solid and complete foundational amenities. Greats: cathedral ceiling/loft/windows, large porch, bbq, wood stove, no TV, solid internet, great shower and bathroom, firm and comfortable mattresses. Nit-picky cons: jacuzzi isn't really a traditional hot tub, 30 min drive to/from Ashland on a very winding (yet picturesque) road, check-out time of 10am with $35 fee to extend to noon. "This cabin was far enough from the others. Very remote. The lodge/ restaurant was great. Super nice and patient folks. The cabin supplied all the things you’d need to cook. And very clean. A little confusing about check out as far as what to do with towels and linens. But I give it 5 stars and go again. Thank you for the experience."

"When we walked through the door, we were greeted with the smell of fresh baked bread. Need I say more? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was so quiet and relaxing, and the cottage was extremely well appointed. Everything we could have wanted was at hand, and the place was adorable.
