"We stayed there and check out early o take a tour, leaving the car in parking lot for two hours, I wanted to use the restroom once we get back but they said the bathroom will open at 3 pm, what a lame excuse, I didn’t ask to go back to the room just the the public restroom in the first floor "

Definitely call and confirm your reservation because late checkins are not notified to you via text to confirm door codes, room number, etc. They currently have construction going on so the morning on a Saturday hearing sawzaws, and power tools… definitely annoying. That was a bit frustrating to say the least. "
